Walnut Creek Spa Service
At the time of this post, we are just heading out of a warm summer in the bay area and are beginning the season of Fall and Winter following that. These months can get a little cold in the bay area, certainly much colder than even the cool summer nights around here. That lukewarm hot tub won't feel good when's it's cold out, and if you are having a problem with the heating, that is a common problem that we fix during hot tub and spa services.
When people call our company for a service, often they are calling about hot tub or spa: in ground repair, pump replacement, leak, error, moving, jet replacement, circuit board repair, plumbing issue, controller, motor, blower, pump heater, filter system, pack, GFCI, ozonator, pump seal, control panel, hook up problem, breaker, jet attachment, motor repair, motor replacement, salt system, remote control, gas system, broken buttons, covers, cover replacements, electrical problems, light repair, light replacing, crack, liners, temperature problems, timer problems, GFI Breakers, among other parts. Over the years, there are continuously new hot tubs, spas, and jacuzzis that hit the market, and it's something else we have to learn and adapt to. With many of our technicians having over 10 years of experience fixing spas, we definitely beat out most companies when it comes to the professional experience fixing most. And considering we have worked on these types of systems year in and year out, we carry a pretty good rack of knowledge and can easily adapt to just about any spa issue, even if we are messing with a model we have never seen before. We make sure every year, our staff is fully prepared to be able to take on all the spas and hot tubs in the Walnut Creek, CA area and surrounding cities in the bay, and to do so, we provide yearly training to our staff to help prepare them for what they will see in the field. Even our vets get trained regularly, and they are happy to do so knowing that it will prepare them to better manage their customers in the field. When we have the chance to check out a new spa at a store, or a fair, or at a friends house, we try to inform ourselves best we can how each one behaves and works, and share the information among our associates so we are able to help our fellow workers out, and help our customers out more efficiently, as well as providing them some education on how their spas and hot tubs function. Doing so helps them understand how to repair the spa on their own. We have strong familiarity with all kinds of different hot tubs, spas, and jacuzzis. We service portable and inground spas and hot tubs, wooden hot tub, and spas attached to pools. We are familiar with many of the big brand spas and can help service and repair many of the following types of spa: Cal, Caldera, Hot Spring, Coast, Sundance, Dolphin, Coleman, Catalina, Free Flo, Demension, Eclipse, Edge Water, Wooden, Jacuzzi, Strong, Pacific Blue, Grecian, Jetted Bathtub, Northern Lights, Dreammaker, Arctic, Beach, Altera, Clearwater, Sunrise, Dynasty, among other types around. If you had one of the previously listed models around, then you are probably calling the best spa service company in Walnut Creek. Some of the other companies can't even distinguish brand names from others, and so it's not surprising that occasionally some of the workers struggle being able to properly provide for the customer. My Spa Won't Heat
The number one complaint that we will get from homeowners and businesses in Walnut Creek, Concord, Pleasant Hill, Moraga, Lafayetta, and Danville is that the spa will not heat. Most of the phone calls that we will get throughout the day will be in part to the not working reliably for some reason. There are some steps that we can help you take to get your spa in working order. We can help show you some of the things that will happen to cause a spa not to heat properly so you can better prevent it in the future, but the best and most surefire of fixing the problem and not ruining it further is to call a spa service technician to take care of it. Often it can be an electrical issue.
Spa heating problems can sometimes be fixed by finding the reset heater button. There are put on most spas, including older versions to help save energy when a spa is not being used for a long period of time, and sometimes the heater just needs to be reset. The hi-limit switch, which is commonly referred to as the button that resets the hot tub and spa heating, will typically be a switch that is somewhere on your hot tub, and often not inside the control box. Sometimes, they will be in a hard to find place that isn't immediately visible. Some spa heater problems come about because the spa filter has not been replace in a long time and it has become worn out. Through years, dirt filling up the filter, leaves, and other things that would clog it, the filter is not stopping water from flowing properly throughout the machine. Because of this, sometimes the hi-limit switch will think that the hot tub is heating when in fact it is not. Try to run the hot tub without the filter inside, and see if it starts to heat up. Every now and then, the hi limit switch will need to just be replaced because it is faulty, and it is what is preventing the spa from heating up properly. Test the voltage of the system to find out if it is supplying enough power to the spa to heat it. Burnt wire, faulty mechanisms, faulty thermostat, bad fuses, breaker tripping are all signs of problems that need to be resolved with a spa service professional to come check in. Electrical problems should be fixed by professionals simply for your safety, and also to prevent you from damaging the hot tub beyond repair, and in the end, probably save you some money. Call (925) 269-9399 to get a spa service to your fitness club, hotel, gym, home, or other business to fix your spa heating problem. |
